Production for Conferences, Awards & Charity Balls
At AV LightCraft, we provide reliable lighting, audio, visual equipment, and set dressing for corporate functions right across the UK. From small business conferences to large-scale charity balls and award nights, our technicians have the right gear and practical experience to keep your event running without a hitch.
We handle everything directly so you do not have to juggle multiple suppliers. Because we keep a decent amount of equipment in-house, we can easily supply and build staging, custom stage sets, lighting rigs, and audio systems. We also stock a wide range of visual tech, including screens, projectors, TV displays, vision mixing desks, and stage video mapping equipment.
Video Mapping

3D Visualisation
We also operate an in-house 3D design suite. This means we can build a clear 3D mock-up of your staging and equipment, allowing you to see exactly what your event will look like before the actual day arrives.
Live Camera Crews
AV LightCraft can supply multi-camera setups along with skilled operators for your event. The footage can be fed straight to your venue’s screens as it happens. We also offer recording services, meaning we can hand over a fully edited DVD once the event is finished.
Live streaming
Broadcasting events to online platforms is common place these days. Our team can manage your live stream, switching between multiple camera angles on the fly. We can also mix your content live, adding your organisation’s logos and custom graphic overlays directly into the broadcast

Whether you need effective lighting to set the right mood, a crisp PA system for speeches and music, a stage and starcloth backdrop for a live band or DJ, we have the gear to sort it. We handle the technical setup, leaving you free to just get on with enjoying the occasion with your guests.
Christmas Light Switch-Ons
AV LightCraft regularly works with local councils to supply equipment for public Christmas light switch-on events. We provide outdoor, IP-rated lighting to safely illuminate the area, alongside powerful PA systems to ensure crowd announcements and music can be clearly heard by everyone.
We can also build and install custom stages for live performances and speeches. To finish off the setup, we offer laser projectors that can display custom graphics and the all-important countdown clock leading up to the switch-on.
VIP Events at Car Dealerships
AV LightCraft can transform your car showroom for exclusive VIP customer events and vehicle reveals. We supply and install heavy-duty wool serge drapes that offer a complete blackout, making them highly effective for blocking out natural light during daytime events.
To highlight the vehicles, we stock a wide variety of LED lighting options. This ranges from moving heads to wireless uplighters, which can be placed discreetly around the showroom floor without trailing cables.
We also provide tidy, PA systems complete with wireless microphones for speeches and background audio playback. If you need to display promotional footage, we can easily integrate large LED screens or projectors into the setup. Our team will coordinate directly with your marketing department to put together a sensible, tailored package that fits your budget.
Audio / Visual
We stock a large range of Audio / Visual equipment available for all events. We have projectors and screens that range from 3500 lumens to 7000 lumens, LED TV’s displays up to 85″, cameras with operators, live vision mix and recording facilities.
Audio equipment can range from a 2 or 4 speaker setup for small events, through to a multi-speaker installation with delay lines for larger venues and stage monitors. Mixing can be provided from a small 8 channel analogue desk, to 64 channel digital consoles .
We have a range of radio microphone systems including discreet head-set, hand held and lapel microphones.
Staging
Using our range of portable staging, many size and shape configurations are available. All our stages come complete with front and side skirts. Various heights are available from 20cm to 1.8m with steps and handrails.
Set design incorporating projector screens and LED TV’s can be installed at the rear of stage allowing for rear-projection of visual content.
Lighting
To make your event stand out, our lighting includes LED moving head spot and wash fixtures controlled via Avolites Titan or GrandMA consoles.

For corporate events, we can create a 3D visualisation of your venue and send you visualisations of proposals for the stage, set, and lighting.
