Recognising hard work is important, and at AV LightCraft, we are here to help you host a great evening. From the initial planning stages right through to the night itself, we provide the technical backing to make your awards ceremony a success. We can also match our equipment to your specific theme. Whether you are aiming for a quiet, low-key dinner or a much larger, lively celebration, we supply the staging, sets, lighting, and clear sound and vision to make it happen.
We use 3D design software to mock up your stage, lighting, and AV setup beforehand. This means you can see exactly what your corporate awards night, industry dinner, or community event will look like before anyone even steps foot in the venue.
The Finishing Touches
We know the small details matter. We can sync timecoded lighting with walk-up music so every winner gets their proper moment on stage.
If you want to include pre-recorded messages from staff who couldn’t make it, or short videos introducing different departments, our team can film and edit these beforehand to play seamlessly on the night. Our crew handles the technical coordination so you can relax and trust that the event will run smoothly.

Futuristic Themed Awards Night - Stockport County Football Club
At AV LightCraft, we handled this project from the early planning stages right through to the final setup. After talking through the client’s ideas, we modelled the entire venue using our 3D design software. We shared several digital mock-ups with them and made adjustments along the way, such as adding in a 3D dance floor when they asked for it.
As the video above shows, our pre-event visuals were a near-perfect match for the finished room. The client was really happy with how the production went on the night. We are now back on board to help plan their 2026 event, where we will be bringing in even more custom video features.
The Monastery Manchester
Working in such a brilliant venue was a great experience. The gothic architecture naturally added a lot of character to the awards evening.
As with most of our larger projects at AV LightCraft, we mapped out the room beforehand using our 3D software. The adjoining image shows just how accurate this planning process is—the top picture is our digital mock-up, and the bottom picture is the actual room on the night.
