Hello and welcome to AV LightCraft. If we have worked together before, you will likely know us as New Image Lighting Ltd. We have been providing professional lighting for the events industry since 2003, with our team’s technical roots going all the way back to the 1990s.
Over the years, our clients started asking us for more than just lighting. As we naturally took on more audio, video, and staging work, we decided it was time to update our name to reflect what we actually do. We are still the same hardworking, Manchester-based team—just with a wider range of equipment and area of work.
Our approach has always been straightforward: we combine technical know-how with a personal, down-to-earth service. Because we are a smaller, close-knit team, you get a hands-on approach without the corporate jargon you might find with larger suppliers. Whether you are putting on a major corporate event, a local gathering, or a wedding, our job is simply to make sure it looks and sounds exactly how you want it to.
What We Do
We offer a comprehensive, reliable range of technical services:
Lighting Packages: Everything from simple, subtle room uplighting to full stage setups, tailored to suit your venue.
Audio Systems: Clear, dependable sound systems for speeches, background music, or live performances.
Visuals and Projection: Ranging from standard desktop presentation screens to 85-inch LED displays and large 12ft projection setups.
Staging and Set Design: We build solid, custom stages and use 3D software beforehand so you know exactly what the setup will look like on the day.
Permanent Installations: Tidy, professional lighting and sound setups permanently fitted for venues like hotels, theatres, and schools.

We are based in Manchester and spend much of our time working across Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, and West Yorkshire. That being said, we regularly travel and are more than happy to provide our services anywhere across the UK.
